What is the difference between Good To Go and Good To Go Light?

Good To Go – Dry Shampoo is perfect for giving your hair a touch-up, since it absorbs greasiness while also providing extra volyme, hold and texture.

Good To Go Light – Dry Shampoo is just as effective as Good To Go at removing greasiness, but has a milder formula with less texture and a more subtle scent.

What is the difference between The Cure – Hair Mask and Quick Care – Conditioning Hair Treatment?

You should let your hair absorb The Cure – Hair Mask for 10–15 minutes to get the best, most nurturing and rebuilding effect.

Quick Care – Conditioning Hair Treatment is perfect when you are in a hurry, since it makes your hair silky-smooth in only 3 minutes, while also improving the quality. Make sure to use conditioner after using any of the masks, to close the top layer of the hair.

What is the difference between The Cream and Protect My Face, more than the later containing SPF 50 ?

They are both rehydrating facial creams with the biggest difference being that Protect My Face contains SPF 50. This is also the main reason why Protect My Face only should be used during the day, while The Cream can be used both as a day cream and a night cream.

Do you have to use both shampoo and conditioner from the different hair series to get the desired effect?

With most products, you can use only the shampoo or the conditioner and still get the desired effect. However, all shampoos and conditioners are even more effective as a duo. This is especially accurate for the Sensitive series: unlike most conditioners, Sensitive – Conditioner For A Sensitive Scalp could also be applied to the scalp, since it has a nice cooling effect and also soothes an irritated scalp.

Are the products at Löwengrip Care & Color animal tested?

No, our products are not animal tested. Cosmetic products that have been tested on animals is illegal to sell within the European Union.


How can you recycle our products?

Löwengrip Care & Color is included in the FTI, Packaging & Newspaper Collection. Which means we will pay a sum for our consumers to be able to recycle our products in recycling centers. On the back of the products you will find a symbol that shows this. Do this for the sake of the environment!

Exchanges and returns

Right of withdrawal

Löwengrip Care & Color obviously wants you to be 100% happy with your item. You therefore have the right of withdrawal and full refund for 14 Days, which is in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal or return is only applicable on goods where the actual item and its packaging are in an unaltered state, i.e. undamaged in sealed packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping charges. You should always contact our customer service team, prior to returning any goods to us and have your customer number or invoice number at the ready when you contact our team. Refund will be paid into your bank account within 30 days if you, the consumer, cancel your purchase. Löwengrip Care & Color will of course pay for the return shipping charges, should an item have been sent out in error. In order for us to be able to handle your return, you must include the original delivery note that you received in the original parcel.

Product quality claims

Löwengrip Care & Color guarantees that the goods you have ordered are in perfect order at the time of delivery. Should you receive a defective item or and incorrect delivery, you need to contact our customer service team as soon as possible. For goods damaged upon delivery, a rule of no later than 14 days apply. Löwengrip Care & Color will of course pay for the shipping for any incorrect deliveries and any product quality claims, but for us to be able to do so, you will personally need to email webshop@economista.se and state what it is regarding, nature of the claim, the order number and possibly the invoice number too. When you return the item in the post, you also have to include a nothe stating that this is a product quality claim and the nature of the claim. This needs to be sent in with the delivery documents you received when you picked up your goods from the delivery point. You can also write directly onto the delivery document as long as everything is legible. These documents should be in the same package as the goods you are returning when you send them back to our warehouse.

Unclaimed packages

If parcels are returned to us that have not been claimed by our customers at their designated delivery point, we reserve the right to debit the customer for all costs relating to such a return + handling charges: 149 SEK in total.

Product images and colors

We do our utmost to show the colors and design of our products as true to life and as accurately as possible on our website, but we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed in the online shop are exactly what they are like in real life. The color on the screen could depend on your computer and the settings of your screen. Not can we guarantee that all the images replicate exactly what the goods look like in real life.
